Honey Brook Borough and Honey Brook Police Department have not entered into an agreement with ICE. Constable David Jones Sr is not an employee of Honey Brook Borough or the Honey Brook Borough Police Department. Constable Jones, individually, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to provide possible future assistance to ICE. Constable Jones has advised Honey Brook Borough that such an agreement is no longer active and is not being pursued. Any inquiries regarding the Memorandum of Agreement should be directed to Constable Jones.
