The Park is located directly behind the Honey Brook Post Office and Borough Hall on Pequea Ave. (Rte. 10). Park hours are limited to daylight hours. Inquiries regarding musical performances in the park should be directed to Jeanne Jenzano jjenzano@hbboro.net

The Borough Park may be reserved for private functions (submit form at least 2 business days prior to event), by calling the Borough Hall at 610-273-2020. Reservation forms can be picked up at the Borough Hall or downloaded

Dogs are not permitted in the park, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARK RESERVATIONS

1. Violation of any Park ordinance is just cause for any party to be expelled from the
   park immediately.
2. NO Alcoholic beverages are permitted on park property.
3. No Pets permitted on park property.
4. All parties must agree to leave the reserved park area in a clean, orderly fashion.
   IF ADDITIONAL CLEAN UP IS NECESSARY BY PARK OFFICIALS, CHARGES WILL
   BILLED FOR MAN HOURS AND MATERIALS.
5. All parties must bring their own trash bags and remove trash when departing.
6. All parties will shut off lights and vacate the park by 10:00 pm.
7. Additional charges will be billed for damages to any park equipment and/or
   facilities.
8. All music and/or amplified musical speakers will be kept to a reasonable level and
   sound must not travel beyond the confines of the park. NO CONCERTS
   ALLOWED.
9. Use of confetti, glitter and silly string is prohibited.
10. All streamers (including remnants) and hanging decorations must be removed.
11. CANCELLATION POLICY: cancellation of park reservation must be made 1 week
    prior to event for Reservation Fee to be refunded. Contact Borough Hall at
