Real Estate Tax Collection
Honey Brook Borough residents pay three real estate taxes:

Chester County and the Borough are on a calendar year; the school district is on a fiscal year from July 1 to June 30. All three taxes offer a discount period of 60 days from the date of the mailing, a base amount period of the next 60 days, and a 10% penalty added after 120 days.
Borough bills are only mailed to homeowners. If taxes are escrowed, it is the homeowners responsibility to forward to their mortgage company.
