Concert in the Park

Rizzetta’s Tones is Celtic and Folk band comprised of ‘fraternal twin’ hammer dulcimers, silver flute, high and low whistles, and guitars.  They often spice up the sound with button accordion, autoharp, Greek bouzouki, mandolin, ukulele as well as doumbek, cajon, djembe, and other percussion instruments (yes, even frogs!).  All four members take turns singing lead and background vocal songs, both poignant and humorous.  Their repertoire includes music from Ireland, Scotland, and the United States, drawing as well from the traditions of Finland, Brazil, France, Macedonia, and many other lands.  Forging new arrangements and writing their own material, they present audiences with a pleasing twist while respecting musical traditions.   The band consists of Randy Kochel hammer dulcimer, Greek bouzouki, button accordions, mandolin, autoharp, vocals, percussion, melodica, Amanda Wells on guitar, vocals and percussion, Linda Lohr on silver flute, high whistle, percussion and vocals and Bill Stine on hammer dulcimer, high and low whistles, alto and bass melodions and vocals.
