As of April 1, 2023, the responsibility for most transportation services previously provided in Chester County by Rover Community Transportation transitioned to a County-run Department of Community Transit. This new transportation service is called Chesco Connect.
The following riders will have their trips provided by Chesco Connect:
- Individuals 65+
- Riders traveling for health care or medical services covered by Medical Assistance
- Persons with disabilities traveling for recreation, work shopping and medical trips
- General public riders paying the full fare
